The Career Paths II campaign highlighted the simultaneous launch of Data Analyst and revamp of our Computer Science Career Paths, and the new Career Path cohorts feature. Our two main objectives with this campaign was to drive new Pro bookings, and increase site visit. Marketing channels included were: paid social, organic social, CRM, blog, and on-site.

New Career Paths mean more possibilities to start out (or advance) in some of the most in-demand programming roles. With this concept, we want learners to get excited about all the opportunities a Career Path with Codecademy can lead to.
For the visual identity of this campaign, we went with a sticker motif that easily combined these various career paths and features into one cohesive look. With these stickers, I was able to add subtle motion to keep assets engaging without too much creative lift. We created items for both paid and organic, both featuring the new launches as well as the attached promo mechanic.
